Abstract

|
Following former study(A Study of the Perception of SoGal in the early through mid Chosun Dynasty-Focusing on "UiBangYuChi(ì¢Û°×¾ö©)" and "DongUiBoGam(ÔÔì¢ÜÄÊü)", there were medical attainments in this study on SoGal(á¼Êä) of "UiRimChualYo(ì¢×ùõÉé©) SamSoMun(ß²á¼Ú¦)". 1. SoGal(á¼Êä) theory of "UiRimChualYo(ì¢×ùõÉé©) SamSoMun(ß²á¼Ú¦)" presented the lack of Bodily Liquids and Blood theory(òÐäû úìÝÕðëÖå) overcoming the limits of the fire/heat theory(ûýæðÖå). 2. In the "UiRimChualYo(ì¢×ùõÉé©) SamSoMun(ß²á¼Ú¦)", the concept of SoGal was started to change simple symptoms into the diseases including ethology, pathology and prognosis etc. 3. In the "UiRimChualYo(ì¢×ùõÉé©) SamSoMun(ß²á¼Ú¦)", the prescriptions of JaEum(í²ëä) were thought significantly. On the other hand the prescriptions of HuaYul(ûýæð) were excluded at all. 4. The use of warm herb like BuJa(ݾí) was showed through GaGamSinGiHwan(Ê¥ ÊõãìѨü¯) and succeeded in "DongUiBoGam" the kidney's fire(Êìûýáñá´Öå) lack theory. The futuristic percetion of "UiRimChualYo(ì¢×ùõÉé©) SamSoMun(ß²á¼Ú¦)" influenced "DongUiBoGam(ÔÔì¢ÜÄÊü)" was able to have progress ideas about SoGal.
